1. Introduction

Welcome to Cre8ive Origins (“Cre8ive Origins”, “Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern access to and use of our website and all courses, programs, workshops, events, online content, memberships, and related services created or offered by Cre8ive Origins now or in the future — including, without limitation, the Course Creator Accelerator, the Digital Products Creator, and any other current or future course, program, or educational product — by all users, including:

• Students and participants (“Students”)
• Instructors, teachers, facilitators, affiliates, or resellers offering educational services through the platform (“Teachers”)

By accessing or using any services provided through Cre8ive Origins, you agree to comply with these Terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to register for services or act as a Teacher unless consent is provided by a parent or legal guardian.

By using the platform, you confirm that:

• You are legally capable of entering into binding agreements
• Any information you provide is accurate and current
• You will comply with all applicable laws and regulations

3. Educational Disclaimer

Cre8ive Origins provides private educational, mentorship, coaching, and creative learning opportunities. We are not an accredited academic institution unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Participation in our services:

• Does not guarantee certification, employment, financial success, or specific outcomes
• Is undertaken voluntarily and at your own discretion
• May involve subjective educational content, personal interpretation, or experiential learning

All educational materials are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

4. Teacher and Reseller Terms

Teachers, facilitators, and resellers using the platform agree to the following:

4.1 Independent Relationship

Teachers are independent contractors and not employees, partners, or legal representatives of Cre8ive Origins.

Teachers are solely responsible for:

• Their course content
• Their teaching methods
• Their legal compliance
• Any representations made to Students

4.2 Marketing and Media Consent

As a Teacher, you may choose to provide Cre8ive Origins with marketing materials — such as your name, likeness, biography, voice, business name, course titles, logos, photographs, video recordings, testimonials, and promotional materials — to help us support your marketing outreach and expand your reach.

By providing these materials to us, you grant Cre8ive Origins a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to:

• Use the materials you provide to promote your courses, workshops, appearances, testimonials, or educational content
• Distribute, publish, advertise, and feature those materials across our marketing channels

Cre8ive Origins will only use marketing materials that you have provided or approved for this purpose. We will not use your photographs, video recordings, or other materials without your consent, except where reasonably necessary to document your participation in classes, events, livestreams, or workshops for internal, safety, or operational purposes.

This usage may include:

• Social media
• Website content
• Paid advertising
• Print and digital marketing
• Email campaigns
• Educational promotions

You acknowledge that:

• No additional compensation is required unless separately agreed in writing
• Cre8ive Origins may continue using previously provided marketing materials after your participation ends, unless you request otherwise
• You may request removal of future promotional use of your materials in writing, subject to reasonable operational timelines

4.3 Teacher Conduct

Teachers agree to:

• Maintain professionalism and respectful conduct
• Provide accurate representations of their expertise and offerings
• Avoid discriminatory, abusive, deceptive, harassing, or exploitative behavior
• Refrain from illegal, unsafe, or unethical instruction
• Respect student privacy and confidentiality
• Create content that aligns with Cre8ive Origins values

Cre8ive Origins reserves the right to suspend or remove any Teacher for conduct deemed harmful to students, the community, or the Company.

5. Student Conduct and Community Standards

All users agree to participate respectfully and responsibly.

The following behaviors are prohibited:

• Harassment, hate speech, threats, or bullying
• Discrimination based on race, gender, religion, sexual orientation, disability, nationality, or protected status
• Sharing explicit, violent, illegal, or harmful material
• Disruptive, unsafe, or abusive conduct during classes or events
• Recording or distributing proprietary educational content without permission
• Misrepresentation, fraud, or impersonation

Cre8ive Origins reserves the right to suspend or terminate access for violations of this Code of Conduct without refund.

6. Assumption of Risk

Participation in educational programs, workshops, online sessions, retreats, outdoor activities, creative instruction, or mentorship services may involve inherent risks.

By participating, users acknowledge and accept:

• Responsibility for their own decisions and actions
• All personal, physical, emotional, financial, or professional risks associated with participation
• That Cre8ive Origins is not responsible for outcomes resulting from the application or misuse of educational content

Users should seek professional advice where appropriate, including legal, medical, financial, or mental health advice.

7. Liability Waiver and Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

Cre8ive Origins, its owners, employees, contractors, affiliates, Teachers, and partners shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages
• Personal injury, property damage, emotional distress, loss of income, or business interruption
• Errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in educational materials
• Actions or statements made by Teachers or Students
• Unauthorized access to user information
• Technical interruptions or platform downtime

Participation in all services is at the user’s own risk.

If liability is established, total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the user to Cre8ive Origins in the preceding 12 months.

8. Release and Indemnification

Users agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Cre8ive Origins and its affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, legal fees, or expenses arising from:

• Violation of these Terms
• Participation in programs or events
• User-generated content
• Negligence, misconduct, or unlawful acts

9. Intellectual Property

All Cre8ive Origins created content, branding, educational materials, graphics, videos, text, and media are the property of Cre8ive Origins unless otherwise stated.

Users may not:

• Reproduce
• Sell
• Republish
• Redistribute
• Modify
• Commercialize

any materials without written permission.

Teachers that publish on Cre8ive Origins Marketplace retain ownership of original content they create unless otherwise agreed in writing, while granting Cre8ive Origins necessary promotional and operational rights under these Terms.

10. Privacy

Use of the platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

Users consent to the collection and use of information reasonably necessary to provide services, manage accounts, communicate with users, and improve operations.

11. Payments and Refunds

Unless otherwise stated:

• Fees are non-refundable
• Missed sessions are not eligible for reimbursement
• Cre8ive Origins reserves the right to modify pricing at any time

Specific courses or Teachers may maintain separate refund policies.

12. Termination

Cre8ive Origins reserves the right to:

• Refuse service
• Suspend accounts
• Remove content
• Cancel participation

at its sole discretion for violations of these Terms or conduct deemed harmful to the community or business.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of WA State and the laws of The United States applicable therein.

14. Changes to Terms

Cre8ive Origins may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
