If you’re like me and most people, you have not escaped the loneliness epidemic. This loud, fast, and often incredibly isolating world makes it next to impossible to hear my inner compass, rhythm, and connection to nature. I have to do something different, I’m not ok.</p><p>That’s why I’m building the The ARA Collective: a sanctuary designed for people who are ready to come home to themselves. I’m building this to support my own health, spiritual practice, and wellbeing and figured there are others out there that could benefit as well and I’d love to connect and learn from others as well. We can support one another remembering that we are never truly alone. I’m building a living ecosystem of wisdom, wonder, and belonging through connection to ancient wisdom, each other, and nature. I believe the cure for loneliness isn't just "socializing", it’s alignment. When we align with our ancestors, our stars, and our true nature, we find home inside ourselves and no one and no circumstance can take that away from us.</p><p></p><h3 id="21a3cfbf-5f68-4e5f-a425-170fbbe77236" data-toc-id="21a3cfbf-5f68-4e5f-a425-170fbbe77236" style="text-align: left; font-size: 20px; line-height: 1.2;"><strong>A Path Designed for Connection</strong></h3><p>The ARA Collective is currently underway. I’m building this on four pillars, each serving important functions to bring us back to ourselves:</p><ul><li><p><strong>Reconnecting With Our Roots</strong> - Loneliness often stems from a lack of "place" or connection to a way of living. Through Connect2URCulture (coming soon), I’m building a way for you to learn more about traditions, beliefs, storywork, celebrations, foods, and more across a variety of cultures. You can select your ethnic/cultural background and you will learn a variety of philosophies, beliefs, practices of your ancestors so that you can tune in. This provides one more way to connect to the knowing that every cell in your body already has. It expands your view and connects you to all before you and all after you.</p></li><li><p><strong>Expand Your Perspective - </strong>There is so much wisdom found in ancient beliefs and philosophies. From the stoics to buddhism, and cultural traditions. Your <a target="_blank" href="http://ARA.Guide">ARA.Guide</a> provides medicine for your mind as part of a daily practice. Learn one lesson a day through beautiful cards and heart your favorites to build a stunning vision deck.</p></li><li><p><strong>Connecting Community</strong> - You don't walk this path alone. Never again. Through our Community Circles and group book studies, you’ll meet other like-minded individuals.</p></li><li><p><strong>Purposeful Travel</strong> - As someone who has traveled extensively and lived abroad on and off since 2010, I’ve found it key to my expansion. Which is why I built two tools to help you decide where to go. One for people looking to move abroad (possibly to align with values or safety) and for people who are looking to find places that alight with their energetic vortexes (<a target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer" href="https://astroly.me">Astrocartography</a> / Birth Chart).</p></li></ul><p>I’m taking these tools I’ve built, my vast travel experience, and medical experience (I was a Paramedic for 10 years) to curate highly customized experiences.
