Founder, Shannon McGivney, has worked inside the public workforce system, led workforce innovation initiatives, developed software solutions, served as an associate professor, paramedic educator, and designed education programs that connect people to opportunity. He understands the challenges workforce professionals face, from serving job seekers and incumbent workers to engaging employers and delivering measurable outcomes and yet he also creates completely custom human behavior driven educational software that provides the individualized 24/7 support of today.
That firsthand experience shapes every program - is outcome-biased, implementation-focused, and designed to strengthen regional talent pipelines (across priority sectors), improve economic mobility, and help workforce boards change lives.
